Grace is a mid-level associate at Baker & Miller PLLC with a focus in antitrust and commercial litigation. She has experience in both state and federal court concerning all phases of litigation from pre-litigation demands to post-trial disputes. Grace also advises clients on compliance matters and helps them to assert their statutory and constitutional rights against potential violations. Grace leverages her skills across diverse industries, providing unique perspectives to fit each client’s specific needs.
Grace received her B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School. While at Vanderbilt, Grace worked in the VLS Stanton Foundation First Amendment Law Clinic and served on the Moot Court Board. During law school, she served as an extern to Magistrate Judge Chip Frensley on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Grace also completed an externship with the U.S. Department of Commerce in the Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce, where she worked on various matters involving federal regulatory compliance on an international scale.
Grace is admitted to the bar in the State of Ohio and the District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
