Erin Glavich is a partner at Baker & Miller PLLC. She focuses her practice on antitrust investigations, litigation, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings and related counseling. Drawing on over 10 years of experience as a litigator and as a former law clerk, Erin helps clients navigate complex litigation and governmental investigations. She works closely with clients to find tailored strategies and solutions to their legal questions. Erin has been recognized in 2023 and 2024 as “One to Watch” in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers.

Erin has substantial experience in all aspects of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing multinational and complex discovery to trial and drafting appellate briefs. Erin co-chaired a trial resulting in a successful jury verdict. She has also represented clients in criminal and civil cartel investigations before governmental agencies including the Department of Justice. Erin has wide experience in antitrust litigation, including multijurisdictional class actions, state attorney general parens patriae actions, and other private litigation.  Erin also assists clients on complex HSR filings and has experience handling Second Request investigations.

Erin has represented a range of clients, from an individual entrepreneur to multinational corporations. She has experience in a variety of sectors such as healthcare, automotive and railroad industries, agriculture, and food and beverage products. Erin’s practice is also global in nature. She has represented multinational companies involved in multijurisdictional investigations and litigation as well as coordinated international competition filings in a major international merger.

Prior to joining Baker & Miller, Erin clerked for the Honorable James B. Clark, III, United States Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable Lois H. Goodman, United States Magistrate Judge, of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Erin received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.  She is admitted to practice in D.C., New York, and New Jersey.
