Baker & Miller PLLC Announces Senior Counsel Promotions for 2022
WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 1, 2022) – Baker & Miller PLLC is pleased to announce the promotion of three associate lawyers to senior counsel. Effective July 1, 2022, Lucy Clippinger, Erin Glavich, and Crystal Zorbaugh, all of whom are based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, will become senior counsel to the firm.

Lucy Clippinger is an attorney in the firm’s Antitrust practice group with focuses on litigating complex cases in federal courts in the areas of antitrust and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, and on antitrust compliance counseling. Lucy is a member of the National Council of Farmer Cooperative’s Legal, Tax and Accounting Committee and its Antitrust Subcommittee. She has been named to the Super Lawyers District of Columbia Rising Stars lists each year from 2017 to 2022. Lucy received her J.D. from Cornell Law School (magna cum laude), and her B.A. from Bard College at Simon’s Rock (magna cum laude).
Erin Glavich is an attorney in the firm’s Antitrust practice group with a focus on governmental civil and criminal investigations, premerger filings in the U.S. and abroad, antitrust compliance, and merger proceedings before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and Surface Transportation Board. She has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, from early motion practice, through large complex discovery, depositions, motion practice, and co-lead at trial. Erin received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Crystal Zorbaugh is a member of the firm’s Transportation practice group with a focus on areas including railroad transportation law, policy, regulatory compliance, and applying for and securing federal and state transportation grants and loans. Crystal has assisted partners and clients with navigating issues before the Federal Railroad Administration, the Federal Transit Administration, the Railroad Retirement Board, Build America Bureau, the Department of Transportation, the Surface Transportation Board, state administrative agencies, and federal courts. Crystal received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and her B.S. from the University of Maryland.
